We are delighted to be part of your pregnancy journey. Our scans are here to help you bond with your baby and create beautiful memories. Please take a moment to read through this guide, which explains how we work and what you can expect when visiting us.

Our Services

Our ultrasound scans are purely for reassurance and bonding. They are not intended to replace the important diagnostic scans provided by the NHS or your healthcare provider. If we ever see anything of concern, we will recommend that you speak to your midwife, GP, or hospital. We offer scans from 6 weeks onwards.

Booking & Payment

To keep things simple, payment is made in full at the time of booking. This secures your appointment and allows us to give you the very best experience. Bookings can be made quickly and easily online at dgbabyscan.com.

Changing or Cancelling Your Appointment

We understand that plans can change! If you need to move or cancel your appointment, please use your booking confirmation to do this at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable.

Bringing Guests

We know how exciting it is to share this moment with loved ones. You are welcome to bring up to 4 guests with you, including children, as long as they are supervised at all times. For everyone’s safety, we may need to limit numbers in the scan room if it becomes overcrowded.

Image Quality

The quality of your images depends on several factors, such as your baby’s position, gestational age, and placenta placement. We’ll do our very best to get clear, beautiful images, but please understand that we cannot guarantee specific results.

Finding Out Baby’s Gender

Gender scans are available from 16 weeks. While our team works carefully and accurately, there is always a small chance of error with gender identification.

Twin Pregnancies

We love meeting twins! Please note, however, that we do not offer a free rescan for 4D scans in twin pregnancies.

A Note About Health

Our scans are for bonding and reassurance only – they are not medical scans. We always recommend continuing to attend your NHS appointments and seeking advice from your midwife or doctor with any concerns.Your Privacy
