Complaints Procedure

Donna Gilchrist will acknowledge and respond to and investigate all complaints.

In the event of a complaint: Please contact Donna direct initially by phone on 07957572109 or email dgbabyscanstudio@gmail.com.

Complaints will be recorded and documented and saved to complaints file.

We will endeavour to deal with and resolve all complaints within 24 hours.

In the event clients would like to complain to Health Improvement Scotland at any time the following address will be given
